Map Modifier: "Area contains the Immured Fury" does not correctly spawn the boss

I full cleared two Tier 5 Waystones one after the other with the modifer "Area contains the Immured Fury" and it did not spawn in either of them. In one of them I killed the boss before full-clearing and in the other I full cleared before killing the boss. Neither had an effect on the boss spawning or not.

+1, full cleared the zone, no immured fury spawn.

2 Maps ran this league so far with immured fury failing to spawn.
