corruption chamber room cannot complete

My temple says completed rooms 13/14
when I type /remaining 0 monsters remain.
But I get stuck in the room and cannot get out.
the room is in the extreme left corner.
there is a triangular pillar half emerged from a hole.
this is the first time I have attempted this room, I will update next time I encounter it in my next temple run.

Once the temple changed with doryani it worked.

Maybe I generated that chamber too early.

I was not able to complete my Vaal Temple maze as it was not possible to complete the Corruption Room.

After this happens, after killing the protectors of the next Vaal Plate to acquire the first Vaal Crystal, it seems to fail to aquire the first crystal.
