Unable to open logbook

I can't open logbooks - I put them in Dannig's menu, select map, press "open portals" and then nothing happens. Menu closes, portals don't open, no error appears and the book is still in the slot when I re-open the menu.

OMG, I posted it in wrong category - it's POE2 issue actually, I'm sorry. I can't see the option to delete it.
