Weapon swap bugs with Bear form

1. If you set Walking Calamity to weapon set 2, activate it and then switch to weapon set 1, it will turn off, and you lose all the duration

2. If you set Warcry to weapon set 2, cast it then press a skill from weapon set 1, it will not cast the skill, you have to press twice to cast it
