Viper Boss Fight Bug

In act 3, the viper boss has been bugged since EA first came out, how is this not fixed yet? Just lost my first hc char of the season after getting stuck in the guards when they attack forward closing the arena. Character was stuck and died to the aoe/poison. Yes I should/could have logged, but I don’t log out to avoid deaths in hc (although I have an exception for bugs now). Please GGG fix ya game
