Red Screen PS5 and micro pauses

Having a lot of Micro Pauses in game. My internet is totally fine and no issues anywhere.

Also I have had it happen a couple times. In campaign atm and randomly the screen goes total Red and can no longer do anything. Never happened before 0.4
