Shred's Ice fragments Edit 2: NVM....Brutality...

I'm fairly certain that the game thinks that each each group of ice fragments from the Shred's attack combo counts as the same group of ice fragments, meaning that only the first attack's fragments do damage.

This was mentioned in patch notes: "Ice Fragments (created by skills such as from Escape Shot and Ice-Tipped Arrows) are now only able to hit each enemy once per group of Fragments created."

I noticed this on doing bosses, where just spamming spamming shred did around the same dps on a frozen boss and a non-frozen boss.

There is a very short moment of "burst" dmg and then it just ends even when there are still loads of ice fragments blowing up.

I have yet to gain Cross Slash, but it will most likely do very little damage with the ice fragment combo, if it is bugged as l have described.

Edit: Nah the fragments don't do ANY damage to ANY mob. either their radius or dmg got messed up in the latest update or the skill itself is broken.
