Vaal temple room won't complete

T2 Vaal temple corruption room has no monsters left in it, a locked door, and won't complete trapping me in the room.
I tried blasting all corners for an invisible monster but there are none to be found, presumably one is trapped in a wall somewhere.

This is, as it turns out, replicable:


Both corruption rooms did it.
