Game Progress Blocked After Boss Fight – Interaction Bug Poe 2

I am writing to report a technical issue that prevents me from progressing in the game.

After defeating the boss Tavakai, the interaction with the character “Hooded One” did not trigger correctly. I waited for the interaction, but nothing happened. I then restarted the game, and since that moment, when I return to the location where Tavak and the Hooded One should appear, nothing happens. Neither the boss nor the Hooded One is present, and no interaction or event is triggered.

As a result, I am unable to continue progressing in the game.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or advising on any possible workaround.

I'm also having this same issue. would love for a solution. As of now my only option seems to be to create a new character as this one is stuck here.

Anyone found how to solve this? Can I reset the campaign map somehow?

Ok, found a fix. To reset the map close the game for like 15mins, then on login screen next to the character profile click an icon to "Spawn in Town". Then you can sail back again to that island and kill Tavakai again.
