Spell Totem - several bugs (channeling, non functional spells, mana cost)

Several spells seem bugged with spell totems:

1. I think there is an issue with channeling spells:
- Bonestorm needs ~16 s to fully charge, when it was ~3.5 s when manually casting in a rough test for me.
- Incinerate randomly stops casting when interrupted or maybe just the enemy moves(?), and does not start again afterwards. (Was less apparent for me in a quick test with only one enemy before; tested again in Stones of Serle with more mobs around and maybe 1 of 20 totems was active for longer than 2 s. Unnamed hardwood is skilled, definitely not all totems died instantly, in any case, though.)

2. Some non-cooldown spells are not usable. Bone Cage and Flameblast for me - maybe Nova spells? Allegedly there are more though (watched Tatiantel's stream).

3. Actual totem cost is considerably higher than the gem description states.
