Cannot progress - gamebreaking act 4 bug

Character name - Drooly. In act 4 I have completed all necessary quests upto Arastas, but after I talk to Servitor Marius, he does not ask me to follow him into the cathedral but does nothing. I cannot progress any further and it has stopped me. I tried joining other groups which say I am not upto that part of the quest, I have tried resetting the instance which does not work.

Please make this a priority to fix as its is gamebreaking and I cannot progress.

Please re fix ASAP Devs.

Go to kingmarsh, take waypoint, control + click on heart of the tribe and create a new instance, you have to redo the map but works for me
