Cannot Use item

Hello,
After the last patch with 0.4.0 I have an issue with my Jagged Spear which is on my lvl 95 Warbringed in Standard league, I meet all the requirements of the weapon (for the last 5 months now) and now I can wear it but it is unsuable and i get "you cannot use this item. Stats will be ignored" and when I hover over it in my inventory it looks equipable. I also tried to move it to another Character but its all the same.

Not sure if you can see below screen shots, but I have also written an email about this and attached them there also.

Please let me know what can be done about this. I literally cannot play my build anymore without the weapon.

PS: I have done nothing to make the weapon un-quipable.
