POE2 Druid Skill 'Savage Fury' Bug

The problem I have encountered using the skill is that the buff meter stays at 100% once reached the activation for the skill. It did work with the life drain and damage seemed decent when it did activate. However, I can't tell if it continues to work the same way even afterwards where the buff should have ended.
It only resets to 0% upon changing zones.
Unsure if others face the same problem? I'm on PC using controller mode.

you cant bind it to a button on controller because its a spirt skill assuming its a bug or im doing something worng

edit figured it out have to go to advanced options then it will allow you to bind the skill.
