you cannot use this weapon its skills will be ignored (lvl 91)

On my lvl 91 char, all of a sudden i cant use most of my items equipped despite me exceeding the requirements. Please help. My bow cant be used saying its not the appropriate weapon type when it is for the ability. Please look into it.

Is that a character in standart ?
Some runes and other socketables are now limited to 1, so if you have two or more of those in your gear, it will say you cannot use it.
