The tool tip states:

Create Cold Infusion Remnants instead of Fire Infusion Remnants
Create Fire Infusion Remnants instead of Lightning Infusion Remnants
Create Lightning Infusion Remnants instead of Cold Infusion Remnants


Yet, Lightning Orb leaves behind Cold. ((Lightning >>> Cold))
Yet, Frost Bomb leaves behind Fire ((Cold >>> Fire))
Yet, Living Bomb leaves behind Lightning ((Fire >>> Lightning))


So either option for a fix is this.

A) Swap 1st Element with the 2nd Element in the sentences

Create **FIRE** Infusion Remnants instead of **COLD** Infusion Remnants
Create **LIGHTNING** Infusion Remnants instead of **FIRE** Infusion Remnants
Create **COLD** Infusion Remnants instead of **LIGHTNING** Infusion Remnants

B) Reword the entire phrasing:

Spells that create Fire Infusions are converted to Lightning Infusion Remnants.
Spells that create Cold Infusions are converted to Fire Infusion Remnants.
