I do a Corrupted Nexus and the quest doesnt clear

So I do the Corrupted Nexus and the quest "Cataclysm's Wake" doesnt clear or prgoress. One thing to say, that the corrupted boss also doesn't spawn when I kill the first/main boss.

Any fix? what's going on ?
