Rend skill gem not in menu(s)

The wyvern rend skill gem is not in my menu. Kept wondering where wyvern's first skill was. At level one I see volcano, entangle, lunar assault, furious slam. At level three I see shockwave totem, rolling magma, pounce, wing blast.

In an all gems search it does not appear alphabetically. Simply not there.

Have screenshot if needed.

UPDATE: User Error? = Too confusing. Found a video walkthrough. This report can be deleted.
