[BUG] stuck in act2 map Alani Gates

the NPC Asala just stand there and won't open gates. At the first gate, I successfully restarted her by tp to town and back and got through, but at the second gate, no matter what I do, she just stands there and doesn't open the gate, so I can't advance the storyline. I've tried restart the game and creating a new map instance, but the result is still the same. Now I'm completely stuck here and can't progress any further.

Usually happens when u run way ahead of her when she is fighting mobs. Try restarting the instance then killing everything she starts fighting
