Vulkan Renderer unplayable

Game crashes almost instantly on load.
I can run the game on dx12 with settings all cranked down but the instant more than 5 mobs are on screen fighting its a powerpoint slide. This was not happening when i could use vulkan.

*note this is post hotfix for resize issues.
