Corrupted Nexus not giving atlas points

Clearing the corrupted nexus with a 4 mod map doesnt grant any atlas points.
Right now my quest indicator tells mo to clear a +12 map - I have done this 3 times with a t12, t13 and t15 map, yet I didnt get any points.

After I kill the normal map boss I get the notification that the corrupted nexus is cleansed, although I dont get the corruption boss to spawn.

This is kinda endgame breaking since I cant progress my atlas anymore...
