Elemental conflux + support gems

When elemental conflux switch element, all support gems that give a buff (Vitality, clarity, etc) get turned off and need to be resocketed for them to work again.

Elemental Conflux bug explanation:
All support gems that says "while a supported skill is active" bugged.
When you activate Elemental Conflux its adds Fire/Lightning/Cold Conflux in delay that is equial to its stat "Duration Between Randomisations". All that time(before real damage buff added and icon appears) support gems with "while a supported skill is active" works and gives its features, as they must. But then appears Fire/Lightning/Cold Conflux support gems with "while a supported skill is active" stops working.

it looks like Elemental Conflux ID changes with to Fire/Lightning/Cold Conflux IDs, so you don't have Elemental Conflux active, but Fire/Lightning/Cold Confluxes
