Hayoxi's Fulmination not triggering after weapon swap

The new lineage support gem Hayoxi's Fulmination does not trigger if you weapon swap before the curse it supports "primes".

In other words, if you weapon swap before the "curse applies after 1.5 seconds delay" delay, the annihilation effect does not go off).

This appears to even be the case with the curse enabled on both weapon sets.

+1 I wanted to test the fun-looking gem, but it's just not working while I'm playing with the curse weapon swap set.

+1, can confirm. Issue occurs if weapon swap occurs prior to curse activation triggering. Cursed ground still exists, but annihilation does not go off.
