Cauchic Vault Boss Bug – Twin Boss Not Respawning, Campaign Progress Blocked

I can’t progress in the campaign. During the boss fight, I killed one of the twins, but I died before killing the other one. When I returned to the boss arena, the fight was bugged and did not start again.

I tried creating a new zone by Ctrl + left-clicking from the map and re-entering, but it did not resolve the issue. I died once in this fight, and now the boss does not respawn. I don’t know what to do.

Now I can’t even access the boss area anymore because I’m unable to insert the Small Cores into the checkpoint slots. Additionally, I keep hearing the Small Core drop sound randomly, even though nothing drops.

Please help, I’m stuck and can’t progress.
