Still getting Deadlock error crash

"

I have tried everything I can find in terms of a solution to this problem but it still keeps happening and it makes the game unplayable. I have tried:

-Rolling back my AMD drivers to an older version
-Deleting the .exes in the game folder and validating game files and restarting
-Deleting the PoE2 folder in My Games and resetting the settings to default
-Disabling multithreading
-Reinstalling

I have tried these fixes both separately and in some sort of combination with each other to no avail. No matter what I do eventually the game crashes and sometimes when I am just idling in my hideout. For context this has never happened to me before on PoE2 before 0.4 or PoE1 or any game for that matter.

A solution that actually works would be greatly appreciated. I can't get my specific PC specs at the time of posting this but I am using an AMD CPU and GPU.
