No stairs in Sinking Spire

Hi there, I have no stairs in the Sinking Spire to progress, was a delirium mirror at the start of it and not sure if that effects it but this is the second time now, I have now lost 50ex worth of tablets the rare unique one to unlock all maps in range to this bug, I would like to be compensated for this here is the bug report reference:

Another thing to note a boss spawned from the Fate of the vaal portal mechanic so not sure if this also can effect it.

Same thing happened just now with me. Vaal boss spawned, did not notice stairs before he spawned so idea if he might have de-spawned the stairs. Was also an expedition encounter in the map (if that matters). But yes, first floor, no stairs to the 2nd floor.

Same problem here.

Same problem, first floor. Spawned a staircase but then I finished the rest of the content on first floor, including expedition, vaal mechanic, and monolith. went back to the staircase and it was gone.

Same problem..
Had also a Vaal boss spawn, so could be related to the same thing.

Just wasted a "The Grand Project Precursor Tablet" for nothing..
