I'm stuck, please help-me

When I started the Ascend to Power mission, I got stuck in the room. I can't interact with anything-chests, NPCs, cabinets-and I can't use the portal or create one.

The djinn coin fell on the floor and I can't pick it up. A friend lent me a coin to summon the NPC, but it didn't work because I can't interact with him.

I managed to get out by resetting the position on the character screen, but the quest is still bugged, and I can't interact with anything
