Herald of Ice stopped Working

Werewolf Druid played L56 to 59 tonight. Could not get my Herald of Ice to work. I have been running it since release. Now I can't turn it on. Thought it was a weapon set or stat issue since i respecced a bit but the requirements are low. I have no idea why it isn't working now!

Note: The error on the tooltip says it can't be used with my current weapon set. Changing to my Talisman skill set does not activate the Herald even though I meet the requirements. It is as if it is not recognizing my Talisman as a "Martial" weapon.

I see the problem. The tooltip on the gem does not update. When you craft a new gem, say level 12. It shows the 40+ dexterity requirement, but the gem in the inventory or equipped showed a very low number, say 12 dexterity / 17 int to equip or run the aura.
