Doryani Not giving me the quest to access maps

Completed the Campaign and the interludes, yet when I travel to Oriath he doesn't give me the first map quest and in my hideout all he does it take me to the ziggurat refuge and doesn't do anything after that.

As I remember, to access the maps you need to open the map device in the ziggurat refuge.

Yeah I am not sure how to post a picture here I am in the refuge the map device has no text on it and is not interactable at all, same with my hideout.
