Currency Tables in Vaal Temple

After I finished campaign the vaal temple stopped giving me all of the workbenches available. I thought maybe they should be gone but the room where I am supposed to get a mechanical limb also gave me no option to do so. The only thing I have access to now is after killing the architect I did get to use his tablet to add some additional rooms to my temple, but what's the point of continuing to run it if I get 0 workbenches to upgrade gear?
