ANGE Glitched? need help.

I’m already level 85, and ever since I started mapping, I’ve been trying to find her.

Whenever I need currency, I have to use the trade market, search for a random item, and teleport to another player’s hideout just to use Ange for currency exchange.

Is there a more efficient way to encounter her? I want to sell items, but I can’t because I haven’t found her yet.
