arrow stuck in my character

Greetings!
I am having a little problem in which my character has a constant arrow stuck inside her chest. This only happens when I add the "invisible buff" cosmetic to my "artic armor" buff. It only occurs when there are avaliable stacks and in the overworld (it doesn't show on the "my cosmetics" screen)


As a side-note, I would like to know if there's a way for me to get a refund on a certain cosmetic. I bought the evasive dash cosmetic "ellusive" because the in-game cosmetic store shown an animation of the character doing a quickstep, and I assumed this would change the animation for my character's dash as well. Turns out my dash remains a roll, but with the dark-blue particles during the animation. This is my second character ever and I had no idea the animations were dependent on class and not on cosmetic, and I find it quite misleading.
