Atziri Temple Entrance Randomly Closing

I go out, use stash, waypoint to hideout, come back, re-enter temple. Inventory fills up, go back out again, interact with stash, run back, entrance is gone and temple run is aborted. Then I interacted with the temple console to see if I could get back in that way, and it did the thing where it removes some of the rooms whenever you go to place new pieces for a new run, except there were no new pieces, it just removed some of the rooms.
