Atziri's Temple Prosthetic Research Room BUG

I keep running into this glitch where you complete the Prosthetic Research room and kill all enemies in it, but it doesn't count the room as completed and I cant leave it as I'm locked into the room. The only way to get out of it is to spawn a portal. Also the temple never get's completed because of this bug. Sad druid :(
