Intel arc GPU instant crash on Vulkan render

Intel arc cards instant crash on both Poe 1 and Poe 2 when trying to use vulkan render option on recent leagues of both games and dx12 is pretty much unplayable on these cards in these 2 games with how terrible the performance is sometimes dropping down to 5fps on dx12...game worked fine in previous leagues on Intel arc cards and using vulkan which ran extremely smooth and high fps. Dunno what the updates did to break vulkan with Intel arc GPUs but it's unplayable in its current state for arc users.
