Shaman's Ascendancy "Druidic Champion" not effected by Crown of Eyes

Tested with Crown of Eyes on, and by removing the ascendancy, made sure that my rage wasn't falling off, and the tool tip for my skill didn't decrease, which means that the more spell damage wasn't being converted to more attack damage.
