Cannot restart the first Trial of Chaos after death

Steps to reproduce:

* Get the chaos trial token from the chimera
* Immediately waypoint to go to the trial of chaos map
* Use the token to open the trial
* Go through the trial
* Die to the boss (in my case, the tornado bird, likely doesn't matter which though)

Results:
* Cannot re-enter the trial map; message: "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists."
* Cannot open a *new* trial using the same token; message: "The operation could not be completed"

There is no way to refresh the trial temple with alt click on the waypoint map.

Restarting the game does not fix the issue.

I gave the area 10+ minutes, but it did not reset as a normal map usually would.

Take the token out. There should be a "close" trial box (your session is still "open", you need to end it). Replace token and start Trial again.
