Cannot socket gems in staff power as Reduced Attributes Requirements enchant is ignored

Low priority special use case that blocks socketing gems in a staff granted spell

Use case: Voltaic staff granting lightning bolt 11 with a 74 intelligence requirement reduced to 55 due to a 25% reduced attributes requirements
Current intelligence: 66
No other object granting reduced attributes requirements
Problem: impossible to add any socketed gem the gems panel (from the inventory, the general list, the recommended list...)


First try (unsuccessful): I supposed the object own reduced attributes requirements were ignored, so I purchased gloves with 20% reduce attributes requirements -> no effect - but maybe I misunderstood the scope of the reduction (gloves only vs all requirements)

Second try (successful): I purchase an armour with 16 intelligence, and could socket the gems
After switching back to my normal armour, the skill can be used without any problem, all gems applying.
Still, I cannot change gems without changing the armour - annoying but not a real problem

PoE2 0.4.0b, running on MacOS with Crossover
