Freezing shrine bug Reference: 2,481,491,453

cant interact with anything after activating the Freezing shrine(no Attack, no dodge, no portal, but could interact with items in my inv and could still walk around), second time it happened to me after interacting with this specific shrine

the first time it resolved itself after 20-30~ seconds, this time it didnt but a Re-log from character select did fix it
