Not usable with current Weapon Set settings with spirit buff skills

Was having no issues with turning on and off various spirit buff skills for over 40+ levels, suddenly I'm unable to turn on for Herald of Plague and Wind Dancer.
No issue encountered with turning on for Withering Presence.

Error message when hovering over the exclaiming mark on Herald of Plague.


Weapon set II on Herald of Plague is red color, can turn on Herald of Plague manually by clicking on the Weapon set I.
If turn off Herald of Plague, must keep opening the weapon set page and manually click on Weapon set I to turn it on.


Withering Presence have no issue, both weapon sets are not red.
