Passive: Efficient Inscriptions

The Passive skill noce Efficient Inscriptions says:

Meta Skills have 20% increased Reservation Efficiency

When used with Elemental Invocation which reserves 60 Spirit it should lower it's cost by 12. Instead it's only lowered by 10!

If used together with "The Soul Springs Eternal" then it lowers the reservation cost by only 5.

I don't know if it's intended but shouldn't "Efficient Inscriptions" calculate from the original 100% (60 Spirit) reservation costs? Instead it calculates from the reduced cost.

Who would spent a skill point just do reduce spirit cost by 5 (which should be 8 btw because 20% of 40 is 8 and not 5) that makes it quite useless when combined with "The Soul Springs Eternal" which is buggy anyways...

Please fix these soon it totally breaks my build!
