Critical Network Instability / High Ping Spikes in Path of Exile 2 (Gameplay Disruption)

Dear Path of Exile 2 Support Team,



I am writing to report a critical and persistent network issue that severely disrupts gameplay in Path of Exile 2.



Problem Description:

During gameplay, when transitioning between areas and at completely random moments, I experience sudden and extreme ping spikes and an increase in the "Network" indicator. The game begins to lag severely, freezes, and becomes completely unresponsive to my inputs. This makes the game unplayable during these episodes.

Key Details:

Game: Path of Exile 2.



Issue: Sudden, severe ping spikes and high network latency, causing freezing and unresponsiveness.



When it happens: Randomly during gameplay, often triggered by zone transitions.



Important: This problem occurs only in Path of Exile 2. My internet connection is stable, and I do not experience similar issues in any other online games or applications.



Servers Tested: I primarily play on the Japan gateway (ping ~30). I have also tested other gateways with higher base ping (140+), but the problem persists. The ping spikes happen regardless of the chosen server.

The issue is not constant but occurs frequently enough to ruin the gaming experience. I have verified that my local network and internet connection are functioning correctly.
