Complete Loss of Story Progression

It starts right after defeating the Ogham Village boss, if I fast travel to the encampment I get locked in, can't use waypoint or leave through clearfell exit. Restarting the game does absolutely nothing. Then if I go straight into the next area use the first waypoint go back to the encampment same thing stuck. If I don't use that waypoint and completely skip the whole area and go into the manor and hit that waypoint, guess what stuck again! Literally have to do that whole area without going to the encampment, nor using any waypoint or portal. Once I skip everything and go right to the Count defeat him, I then can go back to the encampment and talk to the Hooded One and progress into act 2. Which you would think fixes this BS, nope wrong again. Started next area defeated the boss now I'm able to access the caravan right, NOPE unclickable, can't go into the caravan can't use the waypoint to back track, can't join a party since I can't use the chat, resetting does nothing. Glad this game has officially became unplayable.
