Beastform Bugs in Act 4 (Tavakai)

Steps to recreate: Play as a character wielding a Talisman (Dragon/Wyvern Form).
Attempt to Dodge and/or use the Wing Blast skill. (I am playing on wasd controls, if that matters.) Get hit at any point during these actions, first noted by being hit by the grapplehook attack during Wing Blast, but has since surfaced during a basic dodge and a basic smack from said boss.

Congratulations, you are now stun-locked until the boss kills you, as your character constantly flinches in pain and receives no input.

Update: This bug also triggers if you get hit by the grapplehook at *any* point (while in wyvern form), and triggered once again in Phase 2 when I was hit by a blood spike from the ground mid dodge. The only solution I have at current (besides perfect the fight kappa) is that if you have a weapon not a talisman, and change your equipment, it *can* free you, but it is not guaranteed.
