Texture / loading screen bug forcing game reload to "fix" (for a while anyway)

I know its been mentioned and I don't wanna complain but this has been an issue since 0.4 released.

Bug Details:
Screen hangs and loading screens during play (OMG if I see those cogs one more time in a trial...), textures not loading properly or at all, maps washed out and abilities missing visuals, loading screens often taking more than 60 seconds especially into towns, can't see stash or inventory items...list goes on.
Doesnt happen all the time but VERY often and never happened pre 0.4. The only answer is often to completely exit the game and reload.

Sorry to complain but yeah, nothing has changed so can anyone please tell me at least if it is being looked into???
