Burning Inscription Support Weapon Swap

When Burning Inscription support is active on a weapon swapped curse gem, and you use another ability to swap away from the Curse swapped weapon set before the burning ground is created, burning ground is never created.

Bug: Cast curse (supp burning inscription), swaps to weapons set 2, cast any weapon set 1 ability immediately after, no burning ground occurs from support on curse.
