Crash to desktop when using uncut skill gem with Ferocious Roar

If I have a non-Talisman weapon in one of my weapon slots, and attempt to use an uncut gem of higher level than the warcry socketed into Ferocious Roar, the game crashes to desktop. If I have both weapon slots filled with Talismans, or if the gem I attempt to cut is lower level than the socketed warcry, the issue does not occur.

Correction: the issue only occurs if one weapon slot is empty. If I have a mace-class weapon in one slot and a Talisman in the other the issue does not occur. I haven't tested with other weapon types.
