POE 2 0.4.0 Attribute Requirements

I have been tryin to level my herald of ash for the longest time since lvl 5. Obtained numerous Spirit gems at different levels and none of them showed that I could lvl Herald of ash in the spirit gem category of gems that could be lvled and yes the gem has been equiped ever since i acquired it. And I do understand that I had to have the required amount of attributes to do so but I have been adding strength during my game play and still it has not shown up to be leveled.

Second thing is that I have pathed to the attribute nodes at the bottom that are supposed to lower the attribute requirements of equipment and skill gems. The node is not lowering and of the skill gems that I have socketed.

I'm also adding that I had the unique amulet equiped Beacon of Azis Solar Amulet and my toon has lots of crit and it seems that my critical hits were not ignoring monster elemental resistances. As I unequip the item and run an area my damage seemed way better bcuz more mobs where becoming frozen not just taking 1 or 2 shots from ice shot but 1 shot to freeze them.
