Unable to pick drops in Hunting Grounds

Drops from boss and mobs cannot pick up from floor. I try to reset map and start from nearest town, but nothing changed. When this problem occures checkpoints and gateways are also cannot be used. Its like nothing can be clicked, but tooltips shows and hover works.
