Loading times

Area loading times take forever. Server Gateways (EU) show something like 20-ish ms, but loading a new area, teleporting back to town take around 3-5 minutes

Same issue here. Currently playing on Amsterdam server with reported 20-40ms, but loading the game to login, loading a chosen character, and teleporting to town specifically take minutes.

Loading between zones is a sporadic problem.
