Corrupted nexus tier 6 quest not working.

I'm sorry to say that but i'm frustrated enough in these days that i'm going to throw up this sad post.
First of all, I'd like to file a complaint. There are no information about exit penalty warnings during Vaal Portals in the endgame content except the classic "are you sure?".
That said, I'd like to point out that those coming from the previous league expect to be able to use a portal during an Abyss map and therefore have the freedom to enter and exit without any consequences to empty their inventory, and not (as in this case) to lose access to that type of map but also to the key itself. (Just to be clear, I did this during the first nexus, and I lost the atlas points and also the ability to complete the vaal map.)

Getting to the point, I completed a nexus with a tier 7 key during the quest to complete a tier 6+ nexus. Upon completion, I wasn't awarded the standard Atlas Point reward. Honestly i'm done for now till the next patch, please fix both!
